NHIemployment offers Help Desk service to your applicants - around the clock. Of course, we will start with a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page, where applicants can easily find the answers to, well, frequently asked questions. HA! I just got that ... kidding.

If the FAQ answers do not address the issue, there is a short form for the applicant to complete asking for assistance. We will respond by email to the applicant, usually within just a few minutes. If the issue cannot be resolved via email, we will schedule a time to speak with the applicant on the phone. We do this without a single minute being required of your time, or that of your staff. Period.

OK. So what happens when a department manager needs help? We offer the same online contact form for facility employees. We also call to department managers who struggle.

By the way, we have never had to call a manager for problems that could not be resolved online.

Human Resources/Personnel staff also receive a cell phone number where a technician can be reached around the clock. Call any time, really. We are techies, and prone to being awake all hours of the day and night.
