When activated, the Internal Transfer System (ITS) allows internal applicants to post for open positions by providing the following information:

• First and last name
• Last-4 of Social Security Number
• Current facility
• Email address

If desired, internal applicants can also be prompted to provide their licenses and to upload a current resume. Once this information is recorded, it does not have to be re-entered for each posting.
