When a request for staffing is submitted, the Portal begin tracking the process. The facility determines the information that is required from the requester. This can include salary, hours, classes, duties, expenses, space requirements, justification for the position, and more.

Upon submission, up to three levels of approval are required. At each level, the approver can return the request with approval, approved with changes, denial, more information needed, hold for next budget period, etc.

Once the request has received all necessary approvals, human resources can post the position with a single click, adding additional information as needed for applicants to self-determine their qualifications.
